tbh i’m sorta surprised i’m hungover usually doesn’t happen…we did go thru a lot of tequila tho. Downed a ton of liquid IV and ate some carbs. Did not enjoy my review session at all and felt like i got absolutely nothing out of it when i coulda been eating or sleeping.

It's crazy how quick and easy it is to fall into apathy and despair without even realizing it. It starts off with just a simple day of skipping the gym and eating mcdonalds after a long day in the office...instead of exercising or cooking a healthy meal. Next thing you know it's been a month and its now routine.

Make it a priority to get out and do what you love and you'll recall why its worth the arduous journey of mantaining good habits.
partyandBSdamn just realized im showing some pretty depressive tendencies lately. nothing feels good enough. eating like shit. not very hydrated. get home and just spend hours on the couch watching shit idgaf about. constantly apathetic at work. not talking to many people. listening to sad boy rap. not cleaning my room. not showering. not shaving. i need a haircut. god damn i need to bike or ski. fuck mudseason.

colorado be dumb as fuck sometimes. voted to join a pact that the state electoral college votes go to whomever won the national election popular vote (even if the state popular vote was for the other candidate!) the idea is that each person in the us has the same voting power which is fuckin stupid. that means the entire state of co has less than half the voting power of los angeles metropolitan area. that gives away our power as rural states to vote for things that align with rural states. instead, initiatives will be focused on gen pop so politicians on the national stage will make policies that will disproportionately benefit massive metropolitan areas instead of the US as a whole.

this pact really came to be because in recent history 2 presidents have been elected by electoral college while losing the popular vote. bush and trump were those presidents both of which i wouldn’t have voted for but i still think this is a dumb as fuck initiative for a state that lacks population. who the fuck passed this?!

luckily, there needs to be more states in the pact for this to go into effect. currently at 196 of the 270+ electoral college votes needed so itll be sometime before we switch to a popular vote that benefits cali, texas, ny, and fl more than the rest of the us.

Man that is an absolutely retarded thing to willingly impose on one's state. Whoever voted for that just assumes that their state will 100% of the time vote "correctly" and align with the popular vote.
If the dems ever get their wish and Puerto Rico or DC become states, it would be totally conceivable that they win the electoral vote but lose the popular vote. Even for really partisan people that want to win at all costs, this is so shortsighted

I’m pretty sure I got the AAA guy who came to unlock my dead car fired and I’m glad.

I called in a complaint on him because he accused me of trying to steal my own car that I’d called AAA for a lockout and dead battery (electronic locks meant the smart key was useless)

The garage attendant overheard his shouting and called the cops and I got to explain to them that I was asking the driver to “break into” my car that was sitting in the spot I pay for.

I hate how late night TV has been consumed by political narratives. I say this as a mostly left leaning voter, I don’t disagree with most of their content and political views, but it’s not comedy, and just seeing it turn into such a well oiled propoganda machine is just such a turn off. Last rant before I will be positive af

I had to write an opinion piece in the class that replaces religion teaching for me. Teacher didn't say how long it's supposed to be and we had 30 mins to write it+ to finish it at home if you didn't do it in class, so I thought It was not supposed to be long.
I wrote 500 mark piece of shit in 15 minutes and today the teacher said 3000 marks was good length... Could have told it earlier.

I hope It was enough to pass.

I’m a contractor and I have pretty great clients. But I’m also ridiculously sensitive and people bug out about the smallest shit. It’s not hard tk
fix but it ruins my whole day. I take so much pride in my work but will immediately wreck when people aren’t 100% happy. It kinda bums me out to see my 5 star google rating. Like why do I bend over backwards for everyone

We were handing out candy tonight during our neighborhood’s Halloween parade; the past couple years we’ve been out for two hours and usually get 300 kids at our door. Tonight a woman who had to be in her fifties shoved through a group of kids and palmed all the full size candy bars like she played D1 ball and threw them in her backpack. We were cleaned out after 35 minutes and had to turn away our neighbors’ kids (6 & 8) when they got back from the parade. Next year I’m charging adults for the candy.

I prefer to put it in their bag myself . I would hate getting someone too grabby but usually I get the other problem where kids are too polite. Usually get very few trick or treaters so I have to load those kids up

When kids only take one I hit em with the grab a handful and when they go straight to the handful I tell em to leave some for everyone else lol


Had wayyyy more kids taking only one this year though which was great to see. Might be some actual parenting going on.



Also got tired at like 9 and left the bowl on the stoop. Heard a group of teenagers roll by yelling "remember take only one guys" sarcastically af. Figured my bowl would be gone and went to refill it and to my surprise the group of 9-10 high schoolers actually only took one piece each

Bruh I love the sushi place down the street but fucking hell the service is dogshit. Order to go and it takes 2 hours and counting. The employees are all sitting talking while 1 j1 is slicing fish. Fuck y’all.

Also, exact same time their door dash computer starts screaming at them that I cancelled my order. If there was ever a time for the curb your enthusiasm theme song in my life it was that.


Fuck them tho. I ordered two hours before and they said it was ready 1.5 before.

I commute to work every morning at the same exact time (not surprise). Anyway for the last year I have noticed that there is an old dude who parks his car on the same stretch of road across from a storage unit at 6:20- 6:25ish every day.

At first I assumed he was using the wifi of the storage unit across the street to check his emails or some shit, but recent encounters over the past 6 months have made me come to the realization that this dude100% stops there to jerk off.

It's fucking weird, and I am not sure what to do. I really want to call the cops because it's really messed up, but I am not sure if what he is doing is illegal. It's a quiet road so if the cops have to catch him in the act of displaying some form of public masturbation/ nudity I doubt they ever would. Although I doubt they would even listen or care to show up.

I'd dump a bunch of nails there but I know other people park in that area and I'd rather not ruin someone else's day.
