Ive spent so much of my own money to able to stay above the water in my field whether its gear, continuing education, certifications, etc., in the last two years that its disheartening and depressing when you get your paycheck. Its like you almost work for free somedays despite clocking in and out. I did my taxes last night and worked three jobs and still somehow made even less money than the year before. Its insanity. Im about ready to walk and let rich kids and J1's take all these fucking dogshit ski industry jobs.

Fuck this. All because some retards with finance degrees couldn't even budget correctly.

Might be a good idea to look for a summer camp counselor job? I know you've worked with kids and you'll get free room and board? Also reach out to people in administration or counseling at whatever university is offering you the best package, tell them a *little* bit about your situation or just explain that you aren't anticipating a lot of help from your family and inquire about potential jobs you might be able to line up or any other grants or loans that might be available.

iH8powMy wife has a surgery scheduled for 7:30am so she can’t take kids to school she expects me to, they are never fucking on time in the OR but rather than my wife scheduling it 30 minutes later to get kids to school and me to hospital she’s going to keep it on time (again, watch everything in OR be half hr-hour late anyway) there’s literally no plan to get
me to the hospital I’m just going to keep laying here pissing in a bottle and unable to eat day it’s going to be fucking sick, all because she thinks I’m joking.

When I was in 6th grade I broke my arm snowboarding and my dad being a doctor, refused to believe anything was wrong until a week later. Now my wife is doing the same shit. Fuck I hate doctors sometimes

profa_212Honestly dude theres so many times ive been sitting in my office job wishing I had gone the greenskeeper route. I have a couple buddies from high school who worked their way up to upper levels and make pretty damn good money. Enough to buy a house etc. Plus they get to be on course all day every day, get free memberships and golf etc.

its a pretty damn sweet gig.
