r00kieBoho is a whack place. Bunch of 30 something's who think they are sick skiers but are really there to relive their mtu/nmu frat days. Place is also ran by morons. Cool terrain...for the Midwest. Any random mom and pop in the west has the terrain boho offers.
Ah see gotta disagree there. The locals don't think they're hot shit it's the fucking trolls and Chicago/Milwaukee people that drive me nuts.
Terrain wise I'd put boho up there with places out west, out west terrain is of course more difficult, but at most resorts it's like 1000 feet of steep stuff and then groomers. With no grooming and tight trees boho can be challenging if only for 3-400ft or so.
And also, while I am not a great skier boho makes me feel like a bad skier as much if not moreso than many of the resorts I've been to. But tbf that is mostly because of the conditions.
10-15ft drop out west? Whatever that's every resort. 10-15 foot drop into the cheese grater boho glades? Definitely not more difficult but absolutely sketchier.
