I’m outside with my dogs and go inside to get something quick, and I see this dog just staring at mine with a high ass tail and growling. Like some guardian Shepard bbreed.


I only have chicken wire so it could easily jump it and my dogs are worked up too, I go out and get it away, then my neighbor from like 3 house down comes out all pissed cause I yelled and sprayed condensed air at it.

Is it that hard to keep tabs on your dog? Like get a fucking long line or electric fence if you don’t have one, but don’t have it roaming the neighborhood looking to get into shit.

Nah ur analogy makes sense I just think that most people cook most vegetables wrong that's why most people dont really like them. Yes u can use them as a vehicle for other flavors, but that doesn't necessarily mean the vehicle itself is bad. Cooking is primarily about time and temperature which creates different textures in a single food. You can also add this with outside elements such as fried shallots but that's besides the point. Like the potatoes in cheesy garlic mashed potatoes r the vehicle, but you wouldn't say they don't contribute to the flavor of the dish. Yes if you want to have heavily amended brussels sprouts u can do that, but ur still building them off of the initial flavor profile of the sprouts. To continue your analogy, maybe carbon fiber is the best material for a bike, but u would still never use it to make a saute pan.

My heat didn't come on last night the boiler is all fucked up so I slept late and didn't go to the hood dog park in my city went to the snobby suburb the other direction with better coffee/food. Great collection of dogs at the morning group but fuck afternoon too many nasty shephards and pits.

Of course no dogs were there. So my puppy has tons of energy. Will have to bring her back around noon.

Its dope that my mom lives close to me and has nothing to do and watches my dog 40% of the time or so took a 9 day ski trip with no guilt last week. I have the more dog friendly house with a fenced yard but socially my puppy likes it over there more I think she has neighborhood friends and one dog that walks by and barks for her 3x per day to come out.

Person who was trying to move in here and kinda always here has been annoying af. Friends with roommate but nice to have some space. Stopped over today, wasn't sure why asked if I was feeling better I was like "No" pretty bluntly and she left. I guess was trying to take a shower here. I'd ask why she can't take a shower at her housing spot but I'm sure there's some reason. Same reason she's trying to live here and sleep on the couch instead of sleeping there.

She came here knowing there was no housing, down to car camp. Then barely car camped was trying to move in here right away. Like asked if she could make a room in the kitchen. I work grave shift, I'm not trying to have people living in my kitchen. Especially someone I've known for a week.

Anyway somehow got super super lucky and got a spot in housing. A bunch of new people showing up to the mountain all the time. Great time to meet people and make friends. Instead of hanging out there, or sleeping there much trying to sleep here. Sucks if I come back from town or work at night and wanna chill and have a couple beers and hang out in the living room and there's someone sleeping here.

I just like having space. Honestly the living situation over there isn't that bad. I think they've got like 3 people in a room which kinda sucks but if you're on the same sleep schedule it's not bad. They have meals, they have a proper big generator so the powers never off. they have a couple spots with couches and TV's and stuff to kick it. You don't have to hang out in your room.

I work graveshift. I like my space. I'm down to hang out with people but def not trying to hangout all the time. Sometimes people make themselves way too comfortable. Thought after she got a housing spot it would be fine, but I'm sure there's a reason she doesn't want to sleep there too. A reason she doesn't want to hang out there. I'm working nights, sick af at the moment, and not trying to deal with other peoples real, over hyped, or maybe bs problems. There's always a problem, always some drama that means she needs attention, a ride instead of driving, to hang out here, to come shower here and hang out, to sleep on the couch, to need to move in here.

Too much drama for me. I just want to play my geetar and chill. Only been a month and I'm pretty over it. Not sure if I should talk to roommate or her first or both.

Hell even when I was living in Govy camping, I'd message people once in a while and ask if I could take a shower. This year I really didn't really, showered at camp or if I was already at a friends would take one there. But like I'd ask and then roll over, and then leave if they weren't trying to hang out. Maybe stop over see some people, have some beers and then leave and link up at the bar or if a friend hit me up. Wasn't trying to blow up anyone's spot ever, and really kept it mellow even though I had no power, shower, etc.

I think given more space I'd be more indifferent toward it. It's only when your spot is getting blown the fuck up that it really starts to grind the gears. If people are hanging out with roommate cool, if somebodies sleeping on the couch cool, if somebody needs to take a shower, cool. Just when it's one person and all the time everyday it's like meh, not about it.

It's like I'm inconveniencing them by staying up hanging out sometimes in the living room and they can't sleep on the couch. Meh, I pay rent here, I'll chill on the couch drinking beers all night if I feel like it. Awkward annoying shit is never fun to deal with, but it's nice when it's at least not around home, so you can get away from it. It sucks when it's the opposite. It also sucks that no matter how I handle it I'm likely to be the bad guy in the situation. Meh, fuck it.
