As for Creepy uncle Viktor Bout... I mean, he's an arms dealer - but the USA kinda does that all the fucking time and they don't even target illegal arms dealers in their own country of which theres a ton... They just dont like that he was under-cutting their shit and selling surplus bulgarian equipment to people that weren't necessarily aligned with the US's policies. Don't get me wrong, he's an asshole and should be in prison still, but It's not like the US is on the moral high ground in this case.

I'm no expert on adulthood being 27 myself but one day you wake up post-college/grad, or even before, and life kicks you in the balls hard. I've lost 2 family members, a close family friend to suicide, and fallen on financial hardship all in a 4 week span. It gets better but it won't be easier by any means. Enjoy minimal responsibility while you can cuz there's no getting out of this shit alive.

And yeah what the fuck 3 people dead in a 3 week span. I'm not checking my phone anymore

Bruh, I had my final presentation scheduled tonight, I'm sitting in the school building getting ready and I just noticed my professor already gave me a grade on it...

... I got a "B"... like that ain't bad or nothing ig but like damn, you haven't even seen me present yet?
Now I'm just regretting coming into class tonight knowing I could have missed and still had an ok grade, wtf.

Got it sorted out!

she graded the physical slide show and then puts the rest of the grade in after I present and write a reflection.

So I guess I actually did pretty well, got the max grade possible on the actual slide show so now I gotta just write this reflection for the rest of my grade. Weird system but idc, it’s sorted out.

That said it's all good. Kinda remote ish dirt road 30 miles from town on the main road in a snow storm and was about to dump all noght. That same road was a fucking sketch fest today.

Idk def don't like leaving people at night with no cell service. They were work gloves but glives is gloves ya know.

I really haven't thought too much about it yet but If I get a partial scholarship there, I would maybe go for accounting, computer engineering I have some other ideas. If I stayed at home, I would go to UW stevens point or green bay because they already gave me offers. I'd be on their track and xc team, maybe dance but that interferes with running

It really gets on my nerves when my friends just complain about stuff that happens to them while skiing and don't even talk about the cool things they did or saw happen. ahh nice. I’d prolly go for some sort of life sciences but i’m banking on UVM. UW madison, Boston U, URI, Umass and Uwashington are on the targets, along with Uni Berlin

Try cooking off a little bacon, then using the fat to saute some diced shallots (or onion) then add the halved Brussel sprouts and pan fry for a bit. You can cover and simmer for a bit as well if you're working on other stuff...just add a little bit of water or stock so they don't burn. Then when they're a little bit tender (don't overcook) add the chopped bacon and finish with balsamic vinegar.

Friends of my buddy has been trying to move in. Got job knowing there was no housing. Was down to car camped. Car camped pretty much never. On the couch all the time. I work noghts. Sometimes I come back and wanna have a beer or something and not have sleeping person on couch.

Good friends with my buddy so trying to figure out best approach.

Idk. Actually tried to move into the kitchen a few weeks back. Well asked about it. I was like no way.

But hanging around all the time. Probably here more than me. Idk just nice to have some space when you aren't working.

Said person got employee housing luckily. But its not good enough and still never there. Like meet some people. All kinds of new people here. Talk to them. Idk this is like best case scenario, there was no housing, you knew thay, wete down with it, now you have housing. Sure splinting a room sucks but everyone has done it. Its fine. Its housing thats what you wanted.

I just feel like there's going to keep being reasons why the housing isnt good and needs to stay here. Same as when car life was like that. Idk. I just like some space to chill at home. Hang out sometimes, whatever, but can't live here.

This is why I’m trying to get fatter so I don’t have to constantly go in for food/snacks while I’m skiing. Being fatter = more time hotlapping

Aight here's what u gotta do. Get ur sprouts and cut them in half then toss in a bowl with some oil, salt, and pepper. Not too much oil tho cuz then they get super greasy. Put them cut side down on a preheated baking sheet then in the oven at 375 until the outside is crispy and the inside is soft. Big plus to top them with bacon bits and crispy shallots before serving

You aren't tasting the brussel sprouts, you're tasting all the other delicious flavors that they soak up and mask their true vile flavor. You can make anything taste good by covering up the flavor enough.

For me? Its Brussel Sprouts fried in a skillet with canola oil for a minute, then some honey + freshly bits of bacon strips out of the oven w/ some Honey. Roast them for a minute. Its a good midwestern holiday appetizer or side. Thank U for coming to ,my Flavortown Talk.

Nah I somewhat understand how food chemically changes when cooked. Cooking is my job. Here's my analogy. Someone who really likes their well-made steel tubing bike and says "my bike is made from iron and it's just as good as y'all's composite bikes." Sure, the majority of it is still iron, but what makes it so much better is the added ingredients. Idk I'm a little drunk sorry if that doesn't make sense. Btw I've had some really good brussel sprouts but to say they actually taste like brussel sprouts would be wrong. They tasted like garlic and pepper and stuff

Fuck Bozeman and their dog culture.

I’m outside with my dogs and go inside to get something quick, and I see this dog just staring at mine with a high ass tail and growling. Like some guardian Shepard bbreed.


I only have chicken wire so it could easily jump it and my dogs are worked up too, I go out and get it away, then my neighbor from like 3 house down comes out all pissed cause I yelled and sprayed condensed air at it.

Is it that hard to keep tabs on your dog? Like get a fucking long line or electric fence if you don’t have one, but don’t have it roaming the neighborhood looking to get into shit.



it’s been a pain too cause my boy still has his balls (6months), so male dogs are always trying to start shit.

If you can’t control your dog just keep it on a damn leash.
