I didn’t say it was bs. And I think you misinterpreted what I said. I think all should be paid their worth or more, I think the “act your wage “ mentality encourages people to not get ahead in life, not acquire the skills, it encourages them to get a handout and over value themselves, it encourages them to not go the extra mile, it encourages them to not be that guy who will do that thing that no one else will, which is what gets ya some where in life, but what do I know about $. So I don’t know that we are in any disagreement.
LenntWhy do you think its bs to put in an equal amount of work to the amount you are getting paid?
Look ya dirtball, identity thieving , bumpy faced, sweaty nutsack lookin herpa dump mu fucka, no I’m not confusing them, gen X is hopping aboard the im valuable even tho I don’t know shit, have no experience in shit asshole train as well, I’m all for high pay, but ya gotta be worth it.
If a guy comes to me with no experience and says he’s gonna quit if he doesn’t get an extra 20k a year, I tell him c ya. If he asks me biff, what can I do to earn an extra 20g a year, I teach him then give him 30. Lotta greedy green inexperienced assholes out there who want their boss to pay them the same as a 20 year vet, they gotta generate or support the generation of that income in an equal manner, and be willing to work get there
all that said, I understand the lazy, and defensive attitudes, your time is irreplaceable, you should be paid fair, or more than fair considering times irreplaceable , and so many of you have been abused by greedy bosses in the trades, or greedy corps…. And that sucks
TOAST.Hey there boomer, I think you are getting gen x confused with millennials and gen z. But anyway fuck people for knowing their worth and advocating for themselves. Labor market has benefitted the worker for the past 8 years, when that changes people will be making less, might as well take advantage of it when you can.
