Yeah I know there were some rant threads over the years grinds my gears and whatever. I don't think any of them were that happening to dig up. I probably made one of them honestly. Whatever.

I figured if we could rant somewhere we'd be more docile creatures in the rest of the forums.

HiHowAreYouThat's the experience of anything near any major city little homie. The cities are fucking full. There are very few quaint outdoor activities.


I guess. I like crowded hiking trails it means I don't need to have a buddy and can't get really lost or anything. Yeah I might have to park like a total dick and illegally if I get there late so what I'll risk the ticket I do this every time for skiing when the lots full too vs crying about crowds. If you drive a nice car people don't have the balls to tow it.

I don't like hanging out at empty bars with no women in them. Or going to chuch when no one is in the pews. Same thing with fun shit outdoors.

Fuck me. My friend with a wake boat texts me hey waves are small today wanna go surf or board today @like 8:30. But I didn’t get up till 1 cause I was up till 3 on ft. And I missed practice cause I over slept so im like bummed with myself but hopefully he sees my response and hasn’t left for the lake yet. Cause the other day we talked about going today in the evening/late afternoon

I really lack self confidence massively. Drove back up to WA today and played an open mic in the home turf. Was cool just to see people wasn't sure I was gonna play. Got really good feed back and I guess it was really solid but I still have trouble believing that. Idk it's fucked. Like I'm terrified to play in front of people friends or anyone, especially my own songs. So good feedback is good. I just wish I could take it and not second guess it and feel more positive.

I guess I'm believing in myself more all the time. Just a slow process for me that sometimes feels stagnant.

I guess on the plus it really helps me empathize with other people. It's not healthy to have a huge ego, but it's good to believe in yourself and have some self confidence.

Hopefully gonna play again next week. Might play some more new songs.

Def trying to work on myself more. I think being gay in a rural super christian town def had an impact with everything. Trying to just believe in myself and live the best life I can.

Idk if you go to the gym but i've found doing reverse curls until failure really helps with arm pump. It really gets your forearms burning and by the end of the set you gotta really focus on grip strength just like on a bike

dont really work out much in the summer but those are probably a good idea.

During quarantine there was a BLM protest on NBA 2k20 and I was apart of it 😂 to be 10000% honest i didnt really care about what was going on at the time or blm or anything but I just wanted to protest on a basketball video game it was fuckng awesome we were all wearing our blm shirts and putting the Cross arms emote and walking around the park. I truly believe we changed the world that day

How does DHL still stay in business?

I got shipping confirmation on 7/22 that DHL picked it up from the seller in SLC. The delivery date is tomorrow. I literally could’ve walked 7 days to Salt Lake and 7 more days back to Reno in the time it took them to ship this package. And that’s assuming it even comes tomorrow. I’d say first world problems, but the pony express 150 years ago would’ve gotten it here overnight. So much for “priority mail”

Started the day by sleeping through my alarm, then my cat ate her breakfast too fast and barfed it up just as I was about to leave for work. Was an hour late and had 4 missed calls. Spent far too much time talking to rich fucks about their tacky trophy homes and got depressed that just to have a shack on half an acre to call my own someday seems like a pipe dream. My medication dosage got increased and as a result I didn’t have any appetite for lunch, nearly puked up my sandwich at the coffee shop. Got a huge metal splinter and sliced my finger. Then after work I was working on my bike and broke two twist drills and smashed my finger while making a hole for internal dropper cable routing because I forget to bring my own nice sharp drills, and forgot several bike parts at home I wanted to install. struggled with a stupid cable clamping nut for far too long and pinched my finger again. Then whacked my head on a sharp cabinet corner. Then I got home and accidentally backed my bike rack into the garage door, denting it and breaking some glass, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s $1k+ to fix and I just got a $1200 estimate to fix my trucks A/c which just broke. And now it’s 10pm, I’m annoyed and exhausted, and still don’t have any appetite despite only eating half a sandwich all day, so I feel like shit.
God fucking dammit, today is not my day.

they are amazingly bad. i order some stuff from the uk and it took 2 weeks longer than it initially said and they couldn't find my house apparently even tho i also gave coordinates as well. then i pick up the package from there stupid pick up place and they keep sending messages telling me to pick it up and then threaten to charge me to return to the seller.

Dumbest thing ever. Jumped off a bridge into the river yesterday. Right when I hit the water felt my right ear pop. Have tried all the tricks to get water out of the ear and now just hurts like crazy. Have not been able to sleep all night because of it. This thing hurts like a bitch. Cannot wait for morning so I can go get it looked at. This fucking sucks.

Gunna lose my health insurance here in two months since I'm technically hourly PT employee. Fuck 26.

My salaried benefited position has been sitting on HR's desk for approval for close to 8 months now and they aren't getting a move on at all.

Bosses are gunna see if they can up my contract pay to compensate my health insurance. How much is a decent plan per month? Like 400? They want me to come back with a number lol and I'm not gunna do bottom of the barrel insurance.


Fml. I was supposed to be benefitted a long time ago.

Hopefully I can do a bit better at making it this fall. Also wanna help promote the club in school a bit more and grow it from 10-15 active members to possibly more

We did PA announcements and flyers and had teachers involved talk to their classes about it along with other teachers that liked the idea. Maybe social media would be better? A lot of clubs use social media at my school and the high schools Instagram is pretty active

Weird, I went to a Minneapolis public school and we had an assembly at least once a month. Also all day assemblies, workshops or pep rallies were pretty common too.

Skipped every single one of em though, it’s a shame kids these days don’t get those same opportunities. Even as someone who’s about to start teaching soon I think every kid needs to play hooky and ditch class at least once before they graduate.

The medical system sucks. My state has plans that are typically better than what employers offer but most of the other 49 states that isn't the case.

I'm going to be going out on my own in the next 12 months and will have to buy some shit via Masshealth unless I get married before. I'll also be making a crazy amount of money if this happens so the amount the state plans would cost is probably scary and equal to a median salary.

I can only imagine how many people could be earning a fuckload more money freelancing and employing others while at it but don't due to fucking health insurance... Now lets cut defense a blind check even though the military is a joke and would lose to china.
