Parents also found out on the news that day that their kids had died....before they even knew anyone was dead and before the cops had told them. How fucked is that?

Then the video. It's 4min segment with no footage of harm but the response of cops is disturbing. Odd to note the school was unlocked; not sure why but you'd never see that in Ohio (maybe it's a state thing but since 9/11 all schools here are locked). Anyway, the cops first off sit and do nothing because they're cowards, clearly waiting for the gunman to come out. They they drop tail and run once he starts shooting again. Then one cop with a punisher background on his phone (the irony of his cowardice) checks his phone but stays wayyyy back from the scene. Another used the hand sanitizer....why. And another is caught using his phone at the end while they're still shooting and almost drops it he is so startled. This in my mind would be the equivalent of a doctor texting or taking a personal call while running a cardiac arrest. Ludicrous. I could see a few minutes delay or shit even 15min, but ffs over an hour!?!

It just goes to show, you're your own protection. We see it all the time with delayed or nonresponse to violent crimes in the US. When shit hits the fan, you can be guaranteed the number one goal is for cops is "to go home at night to their family" regardless of the outcome for those they're sWoRN to pRoTEcT. When push comes to shove, not many cops are gonna die for you. They are few. Idgaf if this offends you. Policing in the US is beyond fucked up.

Fucking infuriating man. I've seen some fucked up shit in my lifetime and this enrages me to the max.

But there is such a gap between them being supportive of my sister/her interests & hobbies and being supportive of me. Along with other things that make me very frustrated and upset with them but that’s complicated, not that I don’t have my own issues and what not. But when I try to communicate with they why I’m frustrated with them or upset about something, they make things worse by not being able to communicate. I went to therapy and a psychiatrist when I was younger to help with that and it seems they didn’t get shit out of that and I’m the only one who learned any of that

cyphersit's bad enough that cops have an established track record of violence, 1/2A suppression, and unnecessary escalation. to me this is the nail in the coffin proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are also completely incompetent.

serious question for police enablers. what are they good for? every time i've actually wanted police to step in they are nowhere to be found. some tweaker tried to rough me up a couple days ago and they wouldn't even take a fucking report. when someone tried to break into my house? radio silence. but god forbid i'm walking around downtown with an open beer right?

The map above pretty much misses every high and ultra high income area, except Upper Arlington and Grandview. Pretty much every ghetto area was impacted. Those circles don't even do it justice because it was definitely wider but stopped right at the borders of better neighborhoods. Maybe that's the direction of power lines idk.... Suspicious as fuck and they're being investigated

jimbobsFrom what I've heard through a few different grapevines, I'm starting to realize that I'll probably never get to hit the 7Springs rope tow and the Alley again, which sucks because I've actually started to get the basics of park skiing down.

Thinking I'll be forced to foot the bill on a Snowshoe pass for the winter, but it's farther away, so harder to daytrip, and there's not as much park. Or get absolutely bent over financially and pick up a ikon/epic pass, but the odds I go west are slim to none, could definitely use it a couple days in the northeast though.

Fingers crossed we get concrete answers about the parks at 7Springs before the eleventh hour, but I'm not holding out any hope whatsoever.
