Yeah I know there were some rant threads over the years grinds my gears and whatever. I don't think any of them were that happening to dig up. I probably made one of them honestly. Whatever.

I figured if we could rant somewhere we'd be more docile creatures in the rest of the forums.

Why can't professors email us saying that class is canceled??

I mean is it such an inconvenience for them?

Because it's an inconvenience for me to drive all the way to campus and walk to class, a twenty minute commute, just to find a note on the door saying we're not meeting.

I even checked my email before I left and after I saw the note to make sure I wasn't blind.

I hate people who are all "I'm so glad it's finally spring time". I understand that people hate the cold weather and the snow, but spring time in my area is the ugliest time of the year. How can you be glad it's sprng time? Everything smells bad, everything is dead, and it rains 24/7.

i got a second degree burn on my hand and everyone's like EW WTF THATS SO GROSS like dude chill but i put a strawberry shortcake band-aid over it so people wouldn't have to look at it anymore.

Dab it with some of that first aid peroxide stuff and watch it bubble. love doing that with wounds.

my shoulders are fucked. i wake up in the middle of the night in intense pain. most of the time, both my arms are asleep. my hips snap, crackle, and pop. my ankles are locked at the angle of a ski boot.

Intense pain? Like soreness or cramping? Do you need more water and better nutrients? Or pain from pulling it or tearing it? You post in the workout thread right? I highly recommend getting to the root of the problem before you permanently hurt yourself. If you're pushing yourself hard then you have to get the proper rest.

Oh yeah, and don't sleep on your arms :)

It was just a really slow-onset problem that has turned into a nightmare. The movements that bother me the most are any that are hanging from a bar (pullups, chest to bar pullups, muscle ups, toes to bar). Pressing and jerking movements hurt, but not to the same degree. I cannot support weight pretty well overhead on most days, and managed to push through some handstand pushups in this weeks Open workout. I've been working with a PT that also works out at my gym to open up my shoulders, t-spine, lats, etc. It's more of a mobility impingement and pinching than it is a muscle strain. skiing isn't helping it either!

Some fucker broke into my debit card in Wisconsin when I have only been through Wisconsin on the bus back to montana. I have literally been only eating one meal a day for the past month and a half to save money to fix my car. Current mood towards whoever the fuck tried to steal my money

Normally I hate spring also, but it means we are almost to summer, which means this shitty winter will be over. All winter is good for is skiing and if i cant do that Id rather climb, bike, surf, swim etc

This excactly. If I didn't ski winter would suck ass. It's cold and dark all the time, and you can't do anything outside.

I have doubts they actually started hitting them...

But the thing is, Feminism is an equality-driven movement - it benefits women AND men (case in point, women getting equal pay would mean married men who are unemployed would have a wife that's bringing home that much more dough for the couple - fucking win, right?).

Meninism on the other hand is an Anti-Feminist internet troll movement that was sparked by what was supposed to be complete and obvious satire. Guys that wear a Meninist shirt seriously are about as dumb as those jagaloons who take Onion articles seriously and freak out about what they read or hear. In that respect, yeah they kinda do deserve to be hit by someone...

Meninism is not the opposing equal to Feminism, it's just idiots who are attempting to antagonize, or who just don't get it and won't listen to or take women seriously anyway.

It's not. I was infinitely broke in college and found ways to get by. I make oodles of money now and am still scraping by. Fuck student loans. Fuck high rent. Fuck waking up, I need my beauty sleep!

Also went to jackson on for my days off. Bimding exploded doing a handplant in the pipe first run. Had tobuy some demos and feeling wierd but stoked to shred a new place in a new state, get laid,not work, and i moved out from my garbage roomate of previos rants

Other people work damn hard for their money and you fucking them over out of THEIR money is fucking ridiculous. When people go out of their way to help you out, you don't fucking do this. Should also point out that because I wasn't paid back, I do not have food money, no money for my rent, and on top of that need to find out how the fuck to pay for this hospital bill. Apparently my mom(who works as an administrator at a hospital) no longer gets full healthcare. So what I thought would be paid for is not and I do not have this much money. My seasonal job as a lifty also ended last sunday and even with my last check I will not have enough money. I kinda really have to focus on school too in order to keep my scholarship so getting another job is not my first choice but probably the only thing I can do.

This sucks... inb4 thats life, get used to it. I know.
