Butterytips69If I hear one more employer bitch about not having anyone to work for them I'm gonna lose it. Maybe if you responded to people after interviews then you could get employees. Fuck, like sorry I don't have a PhD, Nobel Prize, and 69 years of experience. I'll work my ass off though if you just give me a fucking chance
That's shitty. Entry jobs are what they are but always good to leave on good terms imo. Especially in a small town. If you do get hired somewhere, when you leave always good to have it as an option. Where if you ever needed a job in a pinch one of those places would give you something if they had any openings, or just a good reference even.
Def can be tough sometimes to find anything places.
Also as far as the leaving on good terms thing, if you ever find a gig you're trying to pursue even for a few years, that goes a lot for that. Any relative experience and a good reference can go along way. And in smaller industries people talk to each other.
Idk, I guess I got lucky enough, there wasn't shit for options in my small town but there was at least some work generally. Even if it was pretty limited.
Also sucks when people want a ridiculous amount of unnecessary qualification for a min wage job. Need 7 years in business, 4 years managing a restaurant, 2 years as scientist, for a min wage job at a gas station. Like come on.
