Seafood here is one of the only good parts about miami.

I tore my acl at the beginning of january and our resort has gotten a record-breaking 480+ inches of snow. Every weekend all the homies are up there, and I cant hang with them because of it. I don't have a way to forget about school and homework anymore, and so it's always hanging over my head. I just want summer to be here already

Ended up tripping pretty hard all day
Shit was a pretty decent time. Also roommate and then another said aome shit at one point and I shut it down. I'm non confrontational generally but felt nice to tell people to fuck off that needed to fuck off.

Weirdly they got salty later on enough to put a big speaker in front of my door facing it with some shitty song on loop for an hour or two. I didnt even know they did it because I had over ear headphones on.

So basically in trying to salty cunts and fuck with me they played themselves bad music on repeat for a couple hours.

But yeah made me feel even better about calling out some shit earlier in the day. I'm not going to let anyone tall that much shit when theyre mot even close to wrong.

Motherfucker tried to say i was stocking the fridge with beer. Like dude you buy 2 cases i buy like 6 whenever its empty and not getting filled im emptying another case in there that im not even close to drinking all of.

Hom and another one tried to hit me about dishes. I was like fuck tou, i wash my shit as I use it. I had a few dishes in the sink fright then from making friends late breakfast before they left and i claimed that shit right away.

Idk people like to twist things to fit whatever weird mood their in at the time. I'm just not down to take somebody straight up lying to me.

Dude was saying I was full of shit when I said I dont take breaks at work. I dont give a fuck what the trail groomers do, I ain't got time for that in parks. There's always something that could be fixed or have more time spent on it. It's not a big deal i like that pace. But dude had the shittiest way of asking me for more help on trails.

Ill help those guys all the time when they need it. I've left projects to clean up stuff for them. But if you want me to help ask for my help don't get douchey with me for no reason.

I'll spend even more time in the park and maybe I will take a break.

Idk everyone's going to disagree but I feel like I live with children sometime. It's all good though summer should be chill. Prolly staying at mtn, will see what new roommates are like.

I get being loud, getting drunk or whatever and being noisy. It's not ideal but it happens sometimes.

hey, I was sober for 5 years before I decided to drink. What helped me out was having la croix or polar seltzer in hand. Just holding something really, really works. I slammed seltzer and had a great time. A good homie learns you don’t want to smoke if you just straight up say “hey I’m taking a break” rather than “I’m quitting” something about that makes it more normal a few months down the road. When i took breaks I realized how little I actually wanted bud. Idk dm me on ig if you wanna chat more

Why tf do artists put voicemail messages in their rap songs? Usually it's hard to understand, long and winded, and sometimes contains some sort of annoying crying. It's even worse when it's not at the end of the song and you can't just skip it without skipping the song. A lot of the time, the songs these painful additions are on are actually bangers. Literally no one would care if the voicemails were left out and the listening experience would be so much better

I agree with the stuff you're talking about but there's one hip hop album I regularly listen to where there are few rhymes as voicemail messages before and after songs and it's well done, so there's a way to incorporate that without it being wack.

Might just try and sell my possesions down to a guitar a drum, and a few pair of clothes snd snowboard gear. Maybe keep a car to store it in. Don't have much but still. Everything you have is taxing sometimes.

Feel like I'm treading the line between greatness and exploding at all times. I don't mean that as if I'm doing or achieving anything great but that Im on a solid path in life and maybe could do something with it.

Idk, seems like the darkness is always there. Even when I shake it things pull me back. It's hard to get away from it and really make sense of life sometimes.

I'm doing okay I think. I work hard and they like me at work. But I can't skate close to here it's been too fucked to hike much but spring is coming. Might try and stack some chips and get out for a SE Asia trip next year.

Idk people would talk shit about how I don't have this or that, or can't do something. I'm not good with paperwork, I suck really hard at some of that shit. I have learning issues but I'm a hard worker and pretty damn friendly.

People are different. I guess every curse is a blessing. I can't figure out some of the normal shit in life but I could backpack across the globe and do pretty well. Idk. Maybe I'm only good at the random and spontaneous. I'm not lazy I just don't know how to navigate this world or find the resources to do so.

I'm not fucked up by the way. Idk. Just forever struggling to make sense of this crazy world. I feel like maybe I'll figure it out, or explode in the process.

My goal is just to get as good as I can at building parks and give back to the kinds of small mtns that gave me my start. It sounds stupid and trivial but that's all i want in this world. Fuck money, fuck everything I just want to build some proper features so some kids on the rise have a good spot, or those new people have a place to start.

Idk, i just don't know what to do sometimes. I'm really driven but idk if that's a good thing sometimes. I guess it's just the outcome that dictates that.

Dude had fun skating even though i was a few months off the board and kooking it. Wrist hurt a lil after dumping it. But yeah. Road trip may happen this year. Still living in a world of uncertainties.


I guess I really value good people in my life even though im pretty good at being on my own. Most of my friends are centered the northeast, or east coast east if indiana ish in general.

Idk, i still like that I get to push snow around and built some shit that makes people happy. Rebuilt our big and small jumpline and our flow/skate/bowly vibes park and it was all ripping today.

I think it's a blessing and a curse. The same shit that keeps me up at night deciding between a 12.5 or 13 degree kink, or how big a jump should be probably fucks with me when I'm in a bad spot. But I'm still around, enjoy as much shit as i can and try to make it work.

The guitar has been a big deal to me. Hope i keep playing it forever. It's helped me through some shit.

But I think that issue likely relayed to the asshole CEO making it harder during covid. Still though my mom sends me shit through USPS and everytime I have to tell her to use FedEx so I can actually get my package, always late and never had good tracking info I always just randomly get it without really knowing it was out for delivery.

This was the 3rd time something got delivered back to me and had to pay more, the first 2 times was the same tracking # so I tried again this morning and the realized on the receipt it was a different tracking # so check and it got delivered 2 weeks ago so yea I messed up. But all in all usps has been really inconsistent, ill ship 2 items to the east coast at the same time and one will get there in a few days and the other will take 2-3 weeks and some show up on tracking and some only show up on tracking when it's delivered. Only problem with fed ex and ups us their 20% more expensive usually.

Just had epic blowout with roommate. No, nobody came.

Basically he joked about the speakers which apparently there were too in front of my door and I called him out. Motherfucker was literally crying for days, salty salt mode not even joking, like vindictive salt mode because we were getting a mechanic that was a legit cat mechanic which we need but moving in our house.

2 of the trail guys actually helped me a bunch on a dig out night last week. I would have made it and hit my time markers I had in my head to get done but it allowed me to build a new features and honestly for the snow and not being park groomers they did a pretty good job. Most of it was actually proper. I was stoked. They actually put in effort. Salty dude did the same the other day but idk, he seems hit or miss. Some day he wants to help and I didn't need it but let him do a pass through to maybe mellow us out with me thanking him on the radio for helping etc.

Idk though, I think some people just don't mesh honestly.

Talk shit about me taking breaks when most of the season I never stopped other than a pee break. Now I'm taking a half hour lunch probably 2 3 nights a weeks especially after that. But the trail guys sometimes take a fuck ton of breaks. I have no issues., but if you're grinding trying to dial in the park, unsure if you'll get it all crisp, and some cunty mediocre groomer starts talking shit, fuck that dawg. I don't sleep enough either but jesus man, do your job or if you want to leave so bad fucking leave. Would probably actually benefit him as a person. Dude can be super cool but damn, too much salty in there.

2 of the trail guys actually helped me a bunch on a dig out night last week. I would have made it and hit my time markers I had in my head to get done but it allowed me to build a new features and honestly for the snow and not being park groomers they did a pretty good job. Most of it was actually proper. I was stoked. They actually put in effort. Salty dude did the same the other day but idk, he seems hit or miss. Some day he wants to help and I didn't need it but let him do a pass through to maybe mellow us out with me thanking him on the radio for helping etc.

Idk though, I think some people just don't mesh honestly.

Im officially swing shift now. Basically i worked my full week on grave and then went into a seing shift right from grave so i was tired af.

Even me after sleep says don't put speakers in front of people's doors to try and keep them awake. Shit's a douchey move. I probably would have been better off but dodging ensuing shit storm but whatever.

Idk be such a dick. I think it legit came down to late season and he doesn't want to be here because his next job is already hitting him up. Go paint, be happier, just don't start shit with me for no reason.

I went to Chuck-a-rama buffet two times yesterday and it's got me FUCKED UP.

Was talking about going with my homegirl the day before (we were at a Chinese buffet).

I didn't think she'd be down to go to two buffets in two days, and I was so hungry so I went for $11.99 lunch. Was there a long time from like 12-3 bullshitting on my phone with yall.

Well she calls me like right after I left as she's getting off the mountain like "Aight I'm a take a fat 420 bong rip and meet you there at 5."

Shit, I went back there and ate again, the $15.99 Dinner buffet.

Only difference is that they have an unattended carving station with turkey, roast beef, and ham. No knife so you couldn't serve yourself, it was just these same lumps of meet sitting there all day.

I thought I might want to use my receipt from lunch and try to get back in, but I didn't want her to know I went to Chuck-a-rama only 2 hours before. Eventually I told her though when we were eating dessert. We have to have trust.

I must've had 10 plates by the time the day was all said and done! I didn't even enjoy it at lunchtime!

I left at 6:30 to get to the Jazz Game. When I got home to put my 69 YANG jersey on (My ex boyfriend took my 69 YING jersey), I thought I'd drown my shame real quick with a shot of tequila and a beer.

It tasted like... Chuck-a-rama.

Now everything tastes like Chuck-a-rama. I can't stop smelling it. Even when I go around to normal places like the public park that have no dining, everything LOOKS like Chuck-a-rama. The stuff on TV all looks like Chuck-a-rama!

I'll make myself a nice light fresh salad, and it tastes like it came off the back of a Cisco truck. Like, the plate will swirl around and look, smell, taste like a slop of Chuck-a-rama baked chicken and mashed potatoes.

My entire reality has been reshaped into a nightmarish maze of Chuck-a-rama!

I'm gonna try to go to the Korean BBQ buffet tomorrow evening and see if I can somehow use another buffet to disentangle Chuck-a-rama from my life.

Worse case scenario, the delicious korean grilled meats all taste like Chuck-a-rama and I'll never have a normal relationship with food again.

So we're looking at 3 outcomes:
- I escape Chuck-a-rama Hell
- I get really fat
- I get really skinny

I'm a little nervous for the upcoming week, feels like it will determine the rest of my life.

I'm pretty good with people for someone that doesn't see people but I'll smooth things over with the roommate when I see him. Hopefully he's on the same page but I got it either way. My mom went to go drive my grandma back to her place earlier today and got escorted out of her house by a security guard and my aunt for being "cruel" and "neglectful" towards my grandma even though my aunt forced a power of attorney over her while shes suffering from dementia.

Damn dude that sucks, my families a little like that too, maybe it’s just because I was young and sheltered from the family drama but it seems like as everyone’s gotten older they’ve gotten a lot more bitter about each other. I get it tho I guess with all the stress that comes along with aging/ having a parent who’s dying, but still it’s not anyone’s fault i don’t understand.

My parents decided to go on a last-minute vacation, and demand that they leave my younger brother with me. I live in a very small house (technically a garage apartment) with two other roommates. My parents leave in three days and I somehow need to find a way to get this kid to and from his school every day and find him a place to sleep without disturbing my roommates too much.

Ugh. I need to move out of this town.
