I'm a hairy asian man so i keep that shit trimmed short but not shaved. It would look like a clearing in a jungle otherwise and thats just a weird look.

Sweet now my grinder is mia too. I love living with "people".

Luckily the lighter that I duct taped to a chopstick hasn't gotten snagged. People made fun of it but it's still here. My other 5 lighters not so much.

2 of the roommates just left for the midwest. Thought they were leaving for a week. Its 2 weeks. Pretty stoked.

Im here exactly 5 more weeks and the next 2 will be pretty mellow hopefully. Still have 1 roommate but she more likely to be gone at different points.

Personal space and some friggin quiet for the win.

I never know if there are for real or like "I'm 12 and I'm saying things to try and troll" but I feel ya. My sister outed me to my mom and my bullshit racist homophobic home town outed me to my dad soon after. Idk, used to be a super core group of gay skiers on here. There's a lot more gay people in skiing then you think, it's unfortunate that the industry is still behind the times enough that people are scared to come out.

As far as parents that's a dicey issue. If you're under 18 and can't leave that's a big deal. Be careful and choose your words. Sometime it's worth it to wait till college or post home life to come out fully. It's up to you though. It's 2020, there's mad support everywhere. Things aren't perfect, but they're better then they've ever been. If you're an adult and wanna get sendy, do it, there's plenty of people that support you regardless. Best of luck. If you ever need to chat or vent about any of that shit, I'm on this website far too much and I have a decent amount of time to waste.

Good luck man. I have a coworker that waited until his college graduation and his parents have not said a word to him since then. Sad but also a smart move for him to take as much financial support as possible first since he knew how they would react. Do your own thing though. I work in college financial aid and I can assure there are ways that you can afford college on your own. Go ahead and reach out to me if you get to the point of having a how do I get financial aid without my parents type question

I feel like a jerk complaining about it because realistically an A- won’t kill me(it’s actually great but I cant convince myself that it’s good enough for me) but it also sucks to get SO close. And I know a lot of people struggle with school who would kill for an A- or even a B. And I honestly do awful school setting wise, so I get it but also I kind feel like I didn’t do my best. Idk. It’s weird to explain. My friend got an 81 and she was SO stoked just to pass and I was genuinely happy for her and proud of her. I did objectively better but like it wasn’t enough? But I swear like I was genuinely, genuinely happy for her 81. but I can’t be happy about my 95 point something lol Idk. yay perfectionism or whatever this is lol
