DeebieSkeebiesI haven't heard much about it since but judging from the picture I saw on instagram, it looked like it was brought down with serious force. It snowed shortly after it got destroyed so whatever was left of it got buried in the snow and its just a pile of logs, bamboo, patrol rope, signage, and memories :( Im pretty sure some patrollers within the local ski community also help take care of the shacks along with local shredders and we've never really had any issues with mtn ops staff or patrol busting people coming to or from the shacks like other resorts do. Its a pretty popular spot on the mountain and youd always find people in there and we'd all do our best to respect it and take care of it, clean up trash, tidy the place up, Maybe add a broken pole to the collection of other broken poles, etc. A cool place to chill as long as you arent a dick, ya know? Like most mountains.

Could have easily been Snowbirds management cuz theres been similar instances happening at other mountains. But if it was some dude being a fucking dick then I hope some bad karma comes his way. Even worse if its someone who skis there regularly. Word spreads fast and you dont wanna be know as the guy who tore down a sweet shack.

OregonDeadPut in reports all over. Even if someone stole it chances are they just wanted to pillage and didn't want the pack. That happened to me one time and my pack was found like a week later on the other side of the ski area. Stole my shoes out of it but at least I got my bag back

DeebieSkeebiesLove coaching, love skiing with my kids, love showing them all the fun stuff i used to ski when i was their age, but honestly it is getting downright dangerous skiing at PC now, Vail just cannot keep up with the amount of people visiting their resorts or the type of crowd visiting. Shitty types of guests who do not know how to ski or respect other people

Everywhere he goes he is clumsy-- he runs into stuff, drops things, trips over things--and then every time there is a loud noise followed by swear words. I can't stand it-- I just feel like things are getting constantly ruined. Right now he is downstairs in our new house going through things looking for a power cord, and I just hear boxes falling, things breaking and crashing, and "fuck...what the fuck! Fuck this!" It is so irritating.

Number two-- I hate that he never memorizes where anything is. He wont unpack anything-- I have to do it all--and it wont matter how long we live here. We could live here for 20 years and he wouldn't be able to find ANYTHING. "do we have any spatulas?" ...."yes, center kitchen drawer." "Do we have any tinfoil?"...."yes, center kitchen drawer." "Where are my shovels?...someone stole my shovels!" ..."on the side of the garage where you left them."

Third-- leaves beer cans in the exact location he takes his last sip. It could be in the window sill, on the ground in the living room, in the shower, next to the bed, or just laying in the yard.

Friend has only come by my house twice to buy non illegal things from someone near me. One time woke me up from sleeping(I work graves) which was awesome to make $0 to help him acquire things. I've known him for years but me and his gf have only known each other for 2 and change since they've been in CA but we've become real good friends.

Anyway he asked if they could stay at my apartment after a show up here. I asked to get the night off, slept early rather than riding and then cleaned a bit. Nothing crazy but made everything set up super nice for them.

Nbd, friend decides early in the night he doesn't want to stay, hell prolly before he left home but doesn't tell me. Stoked that after specifically asking to stay there, me letting my roomies know, giving them my room and making it dank, having everything all set it was like nah. Drive an hour drunk and then come up here the next morning. Idk.

Me and her decided to hang out this week so hopefully that goes well. Me and he are good friends now so I'm excited.

Idk just kinda hurts when friends do you like that(referring to him). Also assumed I'd be getting a ride home since they were coming to my home. She was still down to give me ride. He bitched about having to move a few things(5 seconds) to fit me and how she just offered me a ride. Like yo, you're supposed to be going to my house anyway and I spent way more than 10 seconds cleaning apartment so fuck off.

Not going to ski with tomorrow.

Idk shitty post but was just bummed. Was stoked to spend time with them. Also just like when people tell you shit, especially in advance.
