Fucking hate people that carry speaker when they ski. I know someone made a thread about this but nobody wants to listen to your shitty music. Yesterday I was at Waterville and every other snowboarder had one. Snowboarding is just a bunch of Jerry’s thinking there the shit. Very rarely do I see someone that is actually good.

I bought one of those REI 600-fill down jackets at REI for $100.Right next to it, the same jacket with a Patagonia logo was $300. All the specs were identical. $200 extra for a goddamn patch of fabric sewed onto that thing. People who buy patagonia are hypebeast rich kids man

We built a mini pipe next to our 18. Probably a 14 ish maybe? Basically same length and shares the center deck.

Stupid fuckers still go down the main pipe. When it was all we had I was nice, but if you're garbage I'm either snaking you or dropping right behind you. If you're stopped in the middle, I'm not fucking waiting for you. If that makes you angry you can go fuck yourself

I should add that by garbage I mean not even getting to the top or close to it. People going up halfway then sideslipping down, people doing normal turns down the middle. People just being slow and shitty.

My parents are just so worn down to a nub by my older sister and its getting to the point where she disrespects the very people that worked hard to bring her the life she has and also her siblings who support her....Like i cant get behind that kind of shit at all, I dont care if we shared a playpen or whatever as little kids. There needs to be a new Orage masters where the whole ski culture and world can come together for a few days and just have fun. There would be so much fun hype and media to come out of an event like this. I think many of the athletes would like to take a break and ski with friends and other pros during the season instead of a never stopping grind to create the best content. It was one of the illest events of the year back when it was a thing. I think this is something the community needs.

Oh you build a second fucking halfpipe out of all snow for the noobs? Fuck that, we'll skip it and wedge at 0 mph filming our kids. If it takes you 5 minutes through make it through the pipe, you probably shouldn't be in there.

Same with our parks. Huge focus on beginner parks. Fuck that noise though, lets go stand on knuckles and side jump rails in the biggest parks. Mother fucker was doing the falling leaf down our biggest park with large jumps/rails. today.

Also decided to get some steep as groomers in. They weren't groomed since yesterday morning but didn't get hit that hard. Today was, lets wedge and put wicked sidecut ruts in everything to be annoying when people are trying to go fast as fuck. The backside legit became a parking lot because on main summit and all the noobs go down trails that are too steep for them for the novelty of doing a diamond or maybe it seems cool. Idk. I was trying to haul ass and make those fast, skitchy spring turns with the occasional chest dragger thrown in. If I cut through your lesson, family, etc too bad. I'd wait for you but I don't have 10 minutes to wait for you to get down the headwall. Go ahead and challenge yourself but don't stink up the fastest more obscure runs on the mtn because you're a stupid cunt. Everything is a fucking slow zone, stay in those areas. The fast section I'll spray you and your stupid fucking offspring.

you might be able to get something going at a smaller lowkey resort but forget about anything happening at popular place. i think also the last Orage Masters was enough for resorts to see an event like that may not be a good idea lol. they tore Sun Valley a new one and the town was not happy about it

Funny story. Last February was a brutal month snow wise and management was deciding what to do. They like to have the golf course open by mid April so they refrain from making snow after mid feb. However, it was such a bad February that they wouldn’t have made it through March so they made a moderate amount of snow the last week of feb/first week of March. Well March brought near records amount of snow and it still snowed into April, so that kind of back fired lol. They were out for weeks after closing spreading snow to try and get it all melted lol. (Just now realizing its not really funny but I already typed it out soooo I hope anyone who reads this enjoys my ramblings)

Fking post office near my work no longer does any financial transactions. They don't sell postage. They have scaled it back to the point where they just handle the mail. You can wring a bell and someone will come from the back and open the window and they will weigh your stuff and tell you how much it will be but they can't sell you a stamp. Had to go wait in a hudge line in the next town (luckily only like 5 miles away) just to pay for postage.

As of right now 70% percent of the US is either overweight or obese. Wow people society has become degenerate as hell. Both disappointing and a complete lack of self control. Big is not beautiful its unhealthy change my mind. If we try to make out that it is beautiful then there is no reason for people to change and its just an excuse to get some more fries with that coke. America is being crushed by itself. Sadly these numbers will only rise. If you want to die early and be at risk for probably 100s of later life complications then go for it. This whole issue is worse then the issue of participation awards. The US has become so soft its going to kill us. What happened to winning and loosing. When I was younger if you lost you lost you didn't complain you learned to work harder and prepared to be the best you could be. Society as a whole has never stooped this low. My generation is the first generation that is projected to have a lower life expectancy then the generation before.

2018-2019 season at northstarparks is done. 1 day out, and I'm already bored. Stoked to ride Heavenly, bc and hopefully asquaw day in the next week or so. Hoping for a few good abay and breck days in CO, then rolling on east until summer shred.

Another season done, but some wicked pow days in there. Wish I had been able to make it to kirkwood in feb but whatever.

No offense to anyone but like my biggest takeaway from being around guest/member/owner service jobs is the serious lack of common sense with some of the workers. We went around today spraying all of our tees with pretty noxious mixes of fertilizer and chemicals and these two clubhouse workers setting up chairs waltzed right on through the driving range tees after we got done spraying them. "Oh you guys just sprayed some noxious chemicals on the grass here? Let me just walk right through it, get bad shit on my clothes, and also simultaneously kinda fuck up your work."

I am so tired of people fetishizing foreign people, my GF is chinese and lives in suzhou, i was at my friends work because i do uber and its where i go when theres nothing happening. We were talking about our girlfriends and what not, and i brought out yknow whatever, but i brought up how we always eat "family style" because thats the norm for her, and i dont mind it. This random dude just comes up and asks how chinese woman in the sack, and i just popped the fuck off on him calling him a nasty ass virgin piece of weeaboo trash and i kind of wanted to fight the guy, shit just pisses me off so much that people want to talk about this stuff, its embarrassing for me and its just its so fucking demeaning.

Still in the middle of wild circle jerk with health care industry. Hoping it works out, things are finally looking up a little bit.

Also still waiting on my visa for Australia and starting to get a bit concerned. 45 days from my flights.
