What to do in Portland?

My family is going to Portland for a few days next week, what are some cool places/activities/restaurants to check out? We're into the outdoors and stuff like that mostly, but anything's a possibility. Thanks!

ON3P tour, food carts, skateparks, Powell's Books, Voodoo donuts (make sure to let all of your Instagram followers know you went there), Hood, hike to Angels Rest (in the Gorge), OMSI, Forest Park, Saturday Market
