Is this a bad idea?

I'm getting my top 2 wisdom teeth out this Wednesday, but there's a concert the next day that I really want to go to. (Thank You festival for all you MD nsers) I'm going to be on painkillers so I won't be able to drink but would going to a festival the next day even be doable?

The next day might be doable, and if you're only getting two out it might not be that bad. It won't put you out like four will.

Bring with extra painkillers just in case. Report back how it went if you do decide to go.

You should be fine. I mean you'll be groggy, but the soreness a) isn't bad at all and b) won't hit for a couple days. Go have fun at the fest and be all chill on your pain killers.

full anesthetic or local?
my dentist pulled 2 when i got cavities in em, all done under local anesthetic in like 30 minutes
never had problems or pain, but as far as i hear im one of the lucky ones :)

Two wisdom teeth aren't that bad. You'd just have to be really careful your face/neck isn't hit.

I had 6 teeth pulled and went swimming the same day. You should be good to go as long as you make sure the bleeding stops.

I know I wouldn't have been able to. But I did have 6 and had full surgery on my mouth and jaw. If your surgeon is good, you shouldn't be in too much pain and since it's only 2 you're entire mouth won't be in pain so you should be okay.

My sister had hers taken out over last Christmas break, she was perfectly normal the next day as side from not being able to eat solid foods, I don't think drinking would go over well though
