Gonna be travelling to Gonzaga U for a basketball tourney next month and I'm looking for the best places along the way to stop and get clothes. Obviously the two premium outlets along the way (Seattle Premium and North Bend) But other places that will sell actual decent prices (compared to Canada) and some sick clothes as well.
