Best places to get clothes in/ around Seattle, Spokane, and Ellensburg

Gonna be travelling to Gonzaga U for a basketball tourney next month and I'm looking for the best places along the way to stop and get clothes. Obviously the two premium outlets along the way (Seattle Premium and North Bend) But other places that will sell actual decent prices (compared to Canada) and some sick clothes as well. Let me know guys... Thanks!

Probably just a weird question for Americans. Living right by the border almost everything is cheaper just going down there. So it's nice to know what stores are good along the way. Tourney is July 17-20th so nope not Hoopfest.
