I did. He was very vague, "Just keep doing what were doing here."
Blake.PKeep doing pt. I was supposed to stop after 3 months but I kept doing it until about 5 and a half months out, and it definitely helped a ton
Thought about trying that, but insurance doesn't cover the rest of my PT.

I think I could help you out with some ideas, but I would hate to give conflicting information before your PT has achieved what is needed for exercise.
I had ACL with a hamstring graft. As far as what I acheived in PT, I was doing agility drills, jumping, and running in my last few weeks. Not sure if that is considered achievements...
