Summer Set Up Open at Ski Ward in Central MA

Ski Ward is home to the only summer set up in New England that's open to the public and lift-serviced. It's 250'+ long, has 4-5 changing features plus another ramp leading to a 39'x46' BigAirBag.

Tickets start at just $9/hour. Season passes are $99 through 6/21 and then $125 after that.

The park is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am-9pm starting June 25 through Labor Day and then weekends from 12-6pm from Labor Day through Columbus Day.

I've never been to ski ward but looking around there website I think those are the longest rails they have lol

the place would probably be pretty fun if they put a bit more effort into it, I've been meaning to go there sometime this summer.

Jesus. Everyone is so fucking negative. Honestly stoked to see another place trying to get a summer park going. That yellow rail is probably 16 feet.


Is it as sick as riding in the winter no but if you live in the area and want to ride it's $100 for 5 days a week all summer with a lift. Honestly they'll probably ass to it and make it better as time goes on. They also have a booter into an airbag open for the summer. That's pretty legit imo.

Honestly looks wayyy more fun than most peoples backyard setups.

If you don't want to hit it don't. But no need to rip on a place actually trying to give people something to shred in the summer. I wish more places were trying to do this.

Right on. The airbag's legit, the only public place to hit a jump in New England. We go there mostly for the airbag. Rail line now is box, flat bar, side by side pvc and round rail.

i live 50 minutes away so i will definitely take the drive up there some day. the rail setup looks pretty grim but the airbag looks pretty sick theres always stuff to learn

how can you possibly hate on this. Atleast someone on the east coast besides liberty down in VA is trying to make something like this. For how many skiers would die to ski during the summer its pretty crazy to thing the bigger mountain especially such as mount snow which is so park orientated with carinthia has not yet opened something like this. I know in my case my parents dont want me having no backyard set up in the yard so finally i have something 45 min away that i am deff going to have to check out! So probs to someone in NE finally doing something like this.

If I was near this I would definitely be going here. I would go just for the airbag, but 4 lift accessed rails (in the summer, when there's no snow, in case you forgot) is a big plus

Definitely going to come through a ride at least a couple times this summer. Just getting home from Hood and having no summer setup the urge to ride is all too real. Looks sick guys, pay no mind to the negativity, I and a lot of other people are stoked on what you're doing up there, nice work guys.

I know this is from a while back but this place is actually pretty cool. One of my friends learned k-feds and b-feds here. And it was the place where i learned to do rails. Hopefully they decide to set it up this summer and keep going. Great job Skiward!
