so i was trying 540s today at my loca fridge , i kept landing at 450 , landed two 5s then kept landing at 450 i have no idea what changed > HELP

Personally 5's came really easy to me. I did my first one on accident because I just overrotated a 3 and did it. To do a 5 I just go for a overrotated 3 and flip my tails around for the little extra rotation i need. Atleast thats how I imagine it.

Really focus on turning your hips to switch after you get to three. If you just spot for a three, you really don't need to work that hard to get feet to switch. (If you spin left) just spot over your right shoulder for the landing until you start stomping them.. If that made any sense.

go as fast as you can at the biggest jump and huck yourself as hard as you can, you'll get a 5 and then some.

but for real, fry is right as long as you stay committed and keep your head turned. once you spin a 3 look for the lip of the jump and keep your eye on that and you'll get it first try.

You also accidentally did a 900, you seem to have quite a few accidents, seems they run in the family.
