I know where i live any alcohol at all in your blood will result in dui in your first two years of driving and the news report said he was at an overnight trip with his friends the night before and was driving back. So,this makes it sound plausible that he had enough alcohol left in his system from the night before to get the dui, but not enough for him to be able to tell and seriously impair his judgement.
