Replying to Herniated disks.

Whats up everbody! So recently I found out that I have a herniated disk in my lower spine that is pinching my sciatic nerve.

Next week I have to go and ttalk to the surgeon about surgery (when im having it and recovery time). It turns out I have to get the disk completely removed and get a lumbar fusion.

I was wondering has any body else had a problem tlike this? What caused it?
OVer the summer I will post in here about progress and how surgery goes because im not going to be able to do much over the next couple months im thinking.
