That being said, can you even read a graph? This graph shows that Democrats have generally created more debt (FDR and Obama). I'm not arguing with you about which party spends money better. However, if I was a democrat, I would be frustrated by you for making the party look bad (not that there aren't dumb people from both parties).

Ugh. This thread is AIDS. I honestly laugh at anyone who can truly be happy on either side. I laugh when someone is so outdated in their social agenda like the republicans and I laugh when someone thinks Obama is doing a halfway decent job in the WH. Both are a fucking joke.
I tend to lean more conservative but this has been most recently due to the piss poor job Obama is doing. I think the republicans are truly doing damage control but it comes off as being assholes. Yeah they are, but I would do the same thing if I had to vote for the shit legislation Obama passes, knowing that even if we do veto it, he will just use a presidential pen to issue executive orders to get what he wants.
All in all our government is a joke. Both sides are wrong and we need a huge change that will never happen (short of a public uprising).

And I'm not a Democrat or a Republican. I'm a libertarian and an independent. Picking sides is part of the reason this country is so fucked. People would rather identify with a side "just because" than actually weigh out which candidate is better. I personally think the country would be better off if we didn't let any republicans or democrats run in the next election but that will never happen and the spiral will continue.
