Replying to Free ski brands that make patrol gear?

Hey I'm new to the forum, Thought I'd start off with a question. I patrol at a certain resort in the north east and we have pretty strict regulations on our uniforms (black pants, Waist style medical pack, Radio bib). They generally provide us with Helly Hansen/ The North Face gear, But being a front country patrol situation I would be way happier in less technical gear from a more progressive brand (I.E. Armada, Saga, Line etc.) Anyone know of a brand like that that makes patrol gear? I already catch hell for my yellow Full Tilts and Line invaders I use for patrol. Last thing I need is the management shaking me down for uniform violations.
