If we just trim those two things up a bit, we could have a lot better success with being inviting for women.

I have friends who used to frequent this site that won't anymore because as a woman, they're treated as some sort of gimmick who should show tits or gtfo.

shreddinthegnarrThat's what I did for the longest time. I've been on here just watching videos and looking through pictures for a year and a half or so. Occasionally I read through some threads. I didn't make an account till 2 months ago cause I never really wanted to be involved in any of the forums cause everyone seemed like such assholes.

Mr.BishopI mean its pretty easy for us to stop this type of behavior, but it requires much stiffer moderation rules. For the most part people usually get their pitchforks out against the idea of harsher moderating.
I'm all for it though TBH. I've even already told the mod team to substantially increase the crackdown on this type of behavior.
Next step is to go full nuclear on it and start issuing permabans for women bashing.
I think there's an easy definition between speaking one's opinion on the state of women's skiing and outright being hostile to girls.
