Ropeswing for summer training

tried a backflip 540 or something like that, but its really hard to spot landings, any tips?

i don't know if you could consider that training lol but it definitely looks like fun. if you rotate faster/ let go at a more optimal point in your swing you'll have more time to spot it. It's hard to spot a landing on water because depth perception is distorted in my opinion
