Do you watch the people you ski with?

Whats the point of skiing with friends if you can't enjoy the cool things they do.

I always watch so that they can't claim that they landed a trick that they really didn't

you gain a lot from watching each other ski. Its good to see how other people with different styles approach different terrain.

I have no friends who ski park. My best friend snowboards tho so we always go together. I watch her a lot. Usually every other run well watch the other person. I help her and she helps me. She gives me advice and I give her some. It's hard because we do different things but we make it work. We're the ONLY girls in our park(/claim) so we gotta stick together ya feel?

I learn a lot of things from watching my friends ski. It's great to be able to call them out on a rad trick they did.

Make friends. Some people might be douches but a lot of friendly folks on the slopes. IF you're riding alone and you see some people taking laps see if you can cruise with them. Get to know some of the strangers on the hill until they're all friends.

When I'm skiing, the people I am looking to impress the most are my friends.

Why else would I drop cornices and huck tricks? It's definitely not for "the ladies" on the hill.

basically just take turns leading the train on rails and go one at a time on jumps so we both get to watch each other every other run.

knowing which direction my friends carve off jumps is important because we have more fun skiing close together and training shit even though it can be sketch. So 1 person carves left and ill carve right the majority of the time, then maybe someone sends it straight down the middle. You can litteraly be right on their ass following them off the lip and land 25 feet away from each other not to mention it looks pretty sick from a distance. idk sounds kinda stupid, but it adds a cool element to skiing park.


So yea im constantly watching and knowing what tricks my friends feel comfortable doing. So, if im following em in and they set something new or sketch ill shoot the other way and vice versa. We dont really train rails because w're constantly falling, trying new stuff lol

watching each other ski is the best way to progress i think. you can spot what they're doing wrong and give advice to each other. If your'e not watching them, i doubt anyone else is.
