Rossignol Sprayers - help please + thoughts?

Hey I'm a beginner park skier, good all mountain skier (I can do blacks and double blacks confidently), 165cm (5"4), 56kg, thinking of getting the rossignol sprayers as they're relatively cheap compared to some of the ones mentioned in other threads. I want to do mainly rails and small jumps (180s/360s). Just wondering if people have used them before and what their thoughts are on them?
I'm going to get the 158cm cause I think I'll be able to spin better with those and they'll be lighter as opposed to the 168cm. How do these skis go on rails and boxes?
Thanks in advance! Appreciate any help/thoughts! :)

I haven't rode the Sprayers so I don't know much about them but Rossignol makes good skis so they should be great.
One thing that is really important: BUY THE 168CM NOT THE 158CM.
You want twin tip park skis to around you're height and seeing as you're 165cm the 168cm would be excellent, 158cm would be way to short. Sure you may be able to spin a bit faster on 158cms but on 168cm you'll be on a much more stable platform especially at high speeds. With the 158cm's you'll get speed jitters and when you want to start hitting some bigger jumps and features you will really want more stable skis. If you're just starting out skiing and can't carve and control yourself very well then sure get the 158cm otherwise you shouldn't have any problems controling the 168cm.
Also skiing park with skis that are shorter than you looks really bad IMO.

Thanks for the help! and ok, was just thinking shorter skis cause in the past I've had trouble jumping/spinning with normal skis that were 161cm cause they were quite heavy, are park skis lighter?
Also, any other opinions on this ski or recommendations for other quite cheap ones?

Oh yeah, what type of skis are best for doing rails and boxes? Is it camber or rocker or camber/rocker? Or does it not really matter?

Whether you get rocker, camber or what ever else is mainly personal preference. Personally I like a fully cambered ski for park (I ride Armada AR7's). I find that full camber has a lot of pop and good edge hold so that's why I like camber, I have no problems with rails/boxes on AR7's. Rocker is great if you want to be doing butters and presses + pow skiing, apparently it's good for rails as well as you're less likely to catch, I'm not sure how true this is though as I've never skied rockered park skis. rocker/camber/rocker seems like a good choice as you get the best of both worlds.
Camber = better for hard carving and holding edge on hardpack.
Rocker = better for soft snow as there is more float.

I have the sprayers and they work pretty good on rails. However they don't flex very good. From the sounds of it though you wont need too much flex, and they do great on smaller jumps

I own a pair of sprayers. I love em. They are a buttery ski, pretty heavy though... Good all MTN ski,but that sub 80 waist makes carving hard

Get them. And get them in 168. Ive used Rossi sprayers as my second pair of freestyle skis when i was around 16 or something and they held up great. Lasted me two season or longer (cant remember) and they are a fun ski. If you can get them cheap go for it. These skis are a solid choice for beginners and make a fun ski to start out with. They are not that heavy and if you put a light binding on them they make a fun setup!
I learned how to do a solid railslide with these skis hahaha. AAAH Memories!

Hey i had the 2012 version of the sprayers but just pcked up a pair of bacons. The sprays are quick edge to edge so fine for moguls and groomers. I rode them at ja in the pow and they pretty much sucked. THey were good on jumps didnt do many rails so i wouldnt know. Overall decent ski not super stable but not squirely either. id give them a 4\10 for al mountainn and probably a 6.5\10 for park
