VIDEOS NOT WORKING ON MOBILE

Hi,
I have noticed throughout the winter that the videos I posted were not playable on a mobile phone. I have an Iphone 5 and it doesn't work, but any other Newschoolers videos seem to work.
I open the videos through facebook or even safari, and no browsers are playing it. When I try to click on the play button, here is what happens.

It works on my iPhone 5s in chrome and Safari. So we need more to reproduce.
As well note, tomorrow we're starting the process of replacing the aging Newschoolers player. It should reallyhelp make a lot of this stuff work better.

I play the videos on both safari and Chrome on my Iphone, and none of them worked. Also from the facebook app it doesn't work either.
I usually export my video's via the simple Quicktime Movie export on Final Cut Pro 7.
What else would you like to know?

Some vimeo videos don't play on mobile, depending on what service you use (if you use the free one, it generally doesn't work)
