I'm 5'10" 170lbs. and looking at a choice between two skis that I can get for the same price (Nordica OMW 177cm and the Icelantic Da'Nollie 180cm). Help me out NS, which skis should I get?
my fiend really likes his OMWs and he says they"re good. So far from what i've seen the OMW is described as a ski that really holds an edge while the Da"nollie is said to be a more buttery ski. Another question is the widths. The OMW is 121-86-110 while the Da'Nollie is 118-88-118. So do you want a symmetric or asymmetric ski? (it doesn't normally matter, but here it does because the OMW is set to be directional so it turns better) Basically, it depends on your style, what you're trying to do on these skis and how much you value good turns.
My style is mostly rails, but I'm trying to get more into jumps. I came from FR's so I'm thinking the Da'Nollies will be more my style, but I'm not sure.
