alright..im not gonna lie ive never actually done a rainboyrail are the tuff like to do really need to lean back at teh begging and than straighten yourself out...explain.

yeah, just absorb the up part with your legs. If you lean back you won't be able bring your body foreward over the top. I stuck a big raimbow on my first try, just make sure your skis are at 90 degrees. Racking yourself on the top is no good.

ive never done a rainbow rail either, we have a tiny little one at our hil but its made for boarders

if you go fast enough you don't even really feel the rail under you its kind of like your doing an air but straighten your legs so at least they touch the rail a little

go at it with medium slow speed, whatever you do dont focus on the beginning of the rail. air of the ramp a little and just float it til you touch and slide it like a normal rail

haha i've got bad experiences with raibows... I broke my thumb on one last year, got to the top last my balance slid off back and smashed my thumb on the rail on the way down. My friends still make me ski the rest of the day tho lol

we have a narrow box rainbow at northstar, it was a nice way to learn because it was tall and long so i got the balance down completely. I still prefer airing it and touching down on the rail at the top



and more, much more than this, I did it my way
