Make your own soap shoes VERY easily

Have you ever wanted to hit rails in the summer without a setup or blades? I was thinking about this today with a friend and we came up with a perfect solution. First go to a craft store or home depot and buy a big roll of velcro. It HAS to be of the soft side. Then put it on the bottom of old skate shoes. Next make a PVC rail or use one that you already have from winter. Then jump on! These actually slide very well and will help to give you a little something to do in the summer. Hope you have fun

OP You got it all wrong! I made soaps in jr high, shit was tight and stuff. Get some athletic shoes with arches in the bottoms. Then get some nice thick slick plastic, I used a pantene shampoo bottle. Cut out some kinda rectangular pieces to fit on the bottom of the shoes but leave tabs around the outside, these you will bend around to the side from the bottom. then screw with small like 1 cm long 3 mm thick screws into the side of the shoe. Bam you got soaps.
...I tried it with metal once, i used soup cans actually, and though they were really slick there's a price, they were sketchy, the metal could cut you or pants, it was also loud so attention was attracted easily.

I remember when I I was little somebody came to the skatepark with soaps. Thank god everybody kicked him out of there.


It was like we evolved all this way over the years only to give up and invent soaps.
