JibbaTheHuttfirst thing that come to mind is that you are using a very low shutter speed ( assuming that you are filming that is) it doesnt particularly make a shot grainy but you'll get a shit ton of motion blur like that, general rule is to be at least double your frame rate e.g if you're shooting at 25fps set it to ATLEAST 50 shutter speed.
HolteNot that you should plan to save your footage in post, but if you end up in a tricky situation with noisy footage there is an amazing AE plugin called Neat Video that can work miracles with noise reduction. Super easy to use, and better than any other noise reduction software right now.

pussyfootermagic bullet denoiser works quite well too, ive never used neat video
lIllII've been out of the loop for some time, but last I checked Neat had quite the reputation for denoising.
