Replying to The power of customer service
My brother bought a pair of Surface one times in the middle of last season. They were demo skis, and had never touched snow. THey cost him 175. I went back to mike (founder/head hancho at surface) about a pair of green lifes they had for sale in a demo sale. Cost me 125 shipped, and what would you know, he threw in a pair of Marker Griffon Bindings (2014 models).
Say what you want about Surface's quality etc etc... but that's customer service.. Why?
Cuz I'll definitely be a return customer.
