The power of customer service

My brother bought a pair of Surface one times in the middle of last season. They were demo skis, and had never touched snow. THey cost him 175. I went back to mike (founder/head hancho at surface) about a pair of green lifes they had for sale in a demo sale. Cost me 125 shipped, and what would you know, he threw in a pair of Marker Griffon Bindings (2014 models).
Say what you want about Surface's quality etc etc... but that's customer service.. Why?
Cuz I'll definitely be a return customer.

+K because not enough people really post good experiences with customer service. I used to work at a Cell Phone retention agency. Many people met me on the phones and by the end of the call the majority would be stoked they got a hold of me because I actually helped them.

Surface is legit as hell.

Who remembers the Big Spence Invitational. That company rules.

Ive had like 4 pairs. Too bad the bases suck

Exactly man, and i think people forget about why we ski. Hell i just gave a presentation on "why" in my english class. Too many people are caught up in the details, they're just skis. Honestly every pair of skis has something good about it, just the way you look at it. And this is the first time ive been treated by a complete stranger as if we were like good buddies/roommates in college.
