I saw some yesterday and it was pretty good. Not as good as WWII in HD but good.

Also hockey is on so no Im not watching.

History channel has as of late been advertising for american top gear on bbc top gear. As if anybody watching top gear uk would be stupid and pathetic enough to think us top gear was better

Considering he's my relative, Winston Churchill. Fucking cool dude and he saved Britain/the allies early on.

My great grandfather met Hitler, snuck out of the country the next morning with my grandpa. /claim

He wouldn't even talk about it. Just said he had the eyes of a shark. So I'd be scared to meet him. I think Patton would be a cool dude to talk to. He fought some crazy battles.

He was part of the RAF in Africa and then joined an intelligence unit tasked to track down Nazi war criminals. Then he became part of the SAS before it was the SAS and was a real life James Bond. He still can't discuss the operations he conducted.

As a future teacher, I'm stoked to show this series to my students. But they'll hate it I'm sure.
