IamIBAMYou can unshrink cotton by using vinegar, but it may damage the piece, I'm not sure. Then, for drying, take the bottom of your tee and put it over the top of a door and close the door so that the tee hangs upside down from the door. The put a coat hanger inside your tee like you would do to a shirt, only that it is hanging upside down. Then, put some weights in a bag and put it on the end of the upside down hanger so that it s stretching the tee down. I'm not sure if you can follow that but it works for me and is really less complicated than it sounds. You can avoid shrinking in the first place by cold washing by hand and hanging to dry with a bag of weights. Just quoted that from another thread I commented on, hope it helps.
