the best way to fun the mount point for any ski will be to move the bindings when demoing. The great thing with demo bindings is that you can not only change the boot size which fits the bindings but also the mount point of the bindings. So long as you have fairly regular size feet 25-27 you should be able to move the bindings forward and back about 4-5cm. Move the bindings and work out where you like them the best.

And if you dont have chance to demo like Tom suggested. What kind of skiing do you want to do?
If you're just jibbing head center.
If you're just charging forwards go recommended.
And if you're like me and like a playful charging ski. 2.5cm back from center.. I have yet to mount a ski I don't enjoy at 2.5 back from center.
