I rode the halo 2 this season in almost every condition. They still are fun in a little powder and are a blast in the park.

I'd seriously suggest demoing a pair of each ski. Most shops will let you to take multiplie skis out for the day for a price and if you purchase said ski from said shop they will most likely wave the cost of demoing.

Ya I am hoping to do that at the beginning of next season.

I am riding the Rossi Slats and those are really good for your needs. It's my ski for everything except really deep pow. Works really great for Jibs (Tip & Tailrocker, nice flex), big park jumps, BC jumps and of course for some pow too if it's not too deep. Great ski for all freestyle related stuff.

I have ridden both the halo 2(same thing as b dog, just different name) and slats excessively, but not the ON3P kartel 98. The b dogs are the skis that I would recommend the most, they are stable playful, and reaally buttery, but that doesn't mean that they can't handle jumps, and they are super solid on landings; the only problems are that they are a little slow because they have Armada's most durable bases(they are really durable over all too, after 50+ days riding them this year, they still don't have any edge cracks), and they aren't super stable at high speeds, but they are stable enough if you aren't planning on ripping groomers. They also perform pretty well outside of the park and groomers, I haven't experienced any problems.

The slats are pretty similar to the b dogs, but they are still different. The slat is very playful and pretty buttery, but don't butter as well because they don't really have butter zones(spot on the ski where the ski flexes the most) so buttering is a little weird and unstable until you get used to it. They have a pretty symmetrical flex, whereas the b dog has a noticeably stiffer tail than tip. The slats are less stable(I feel) than the b dogs, but can still rip pretty well, and perform pretty similarly to the b dog outside of the park. For me, the b dog is a better choice, but the slats might be better for you.

not to stir the pot any more than it needs to but if you're going to talk about those three in particular i think its worth your time to also check out the Nordica Soul Rider.

I personally feel, for what you're looking for, the Soul Rider would be a top choice over the Kartel and the bdogs. Slat's are nice as well, but a little unstable for my personal liking. I could ride the soul riders all day long
