has anyone tried putting rain-x on ur goggles fer those rainy days? i think it might work

yes have tried it ,it works ok but needs to be applyed every day and dont try rubing it once its on.

rain X soaks into pored in glass. Goggle lenses are plastic, so you dont get the same long term effects.

My suggestion, buy Oakleys, they work.

just keep them on, because if ur hiking and their on ur head, they will fog, but thats just like any other goggle

^OH yeah, i'm sure Oakley lens are more water resistant than any other plastic shit lens! It doesn't really matter what lens you get for rain, just make sure you get light.

oakley makes a 'hydrophylic solution' that you can put on their lenses... i use it on sunglasses when i got whitewater kayaking, and it works perfectly. call oakley customer service and ask them for some. rain-x will destroy your lenses.

im mates with the oakley rep down in vico and he says the rainx stuff cannot stuff your lenses. but if your a still worried then use anti fog cream which works a treat just dont touch the lens after. what causes foging in your lens? its any moisture inside the goggles, condenstion forms turning it to fog. so keep them on your face and not on your head.it only takes one little bit of snow to get in and its all over!!
