PCs are for sad geeks who have no life.
Game consoles are for those who want to entertain themselves.
I once tried using a PC - it was an absolute nightmare! (those who create these various versions don't exactly make them for the novice; they wrongly assume EVERYONE is a Geek) And using it was WORSE!!! Besides, I've ALWAYS used XBox, and it's too late to teach this old dog new tricks. And when PCs become as easy to use as XBox, games are as easy to load into PC as it is for XBox, and there's Halo 2 ported to PC (or better still, XBox games are compatible with PC), THEN I'll use it And You PC-ers DARE to accuse Bill Gates of being the 'Antichrist'?! At least he makes his game consoles EASY to buy & use!!!
So, until then, I say:
GET THEE BEHIND ME, PC-SATAN!!!

While I kind of agree with your previous comment, this whole paragraph is just way too dumb. There's nothing geeky about it, what you're trying to get across is absolutely laughable. What year do you live in? What career paths are you considering? Who in their right mind would denigrate the use of personal computers in 2014?

Too true. Emulators for everything up to 360 (some 360 games are available)
And with Steam, its more simple then using a damn Xbox now. You buy the game, download it, and if you want, can log into a different computer and play it on there. Its the Itunes of Gaming.
All of todays systems are relatively awesome for today.
A better question might be, how groundbreaking was each system when it came out?

1 nintendo 64.
Supermario 64 was such a huge leap ahead of everything that came before it, it was simply mind blowing.
2 xbox
Halo 1 was a gigantic leap ahead of its predecessors.

SpssTo answer op. wii and ps3 ps4 are more reliable, but graphics and xbox live considered, xbox is really the only way to go
Id place the Playstation 1/2 way higher. Those were groundbreaking. And id also place the Nintendo Gamecube up there, DEF ahead of the Wii. Hell, theres still a HUGE competitive community for Melee (raised most money for EVO - LARGEST FIGHTING TOURNAMENT, and is back on the MLG Circuit)
PS3/PS4 both beat the xbox out in the ranking of graphics. The PS3 was never FULLY utilized due to a really weird/unique processor/graphics architecture.
I do think that Xbox has a better server/online system, but Sony is catching up in that department, and what you get with their paid service (playstation plus) KILLS live.
ohmygod if your going to talk about consoles the only true console is the wii u, better games (1st and third party) if you don't think so at least there is a line up of games coming out. the specs might not be as good, but at least there are games other than titan fall and dark souls to play.
if your talking about graphical and power. just shut up and go play on your pc.
