tomPietrowskiThe phrase bad pair always makes me laugh. You may have had a bad pair but it's pretty unlikley. delams are usually just down to bad luck. Catching a tip or tail in just a Certain way or landing a trick way to back seat ect. Nearly every pair of skis I have trashed has been down to me not a bad pair of skis. Yes there may be the odd bad pair out there but people need to start to relise skis break.
Op for sure take them bac to the shop you got them from and see about a warrenty hopefully volkl will help you out.
skeazlaurenFrom what i've read on this site and heard from people who own walls is that they hold up rather well and are a strong durable ski. You probably just got a bad pair. See if you can get them under warranty.
.nylesyou're not serious right? Every thread I've seen about the wall talks about it's current durability issues.
sorry OP, you picked a crap ski, at the shop I work at ABM had us send in about 6 or 7 pairs just over a couple of months haha
TheHamburglarMy only skis are 2009 volkl walls. Five seasons later and they're still in great condition. I think you just had some bad luck. Volkl makes incredible skis, or at least they did five years ago.

philipmorse1I'm on my fourth pair of walls right now (over the course of 5 years) and have never been too careful about damaging them. They tend to have rock solid bases and edges and I havent been able to actually break a pair. Their topsheets on the other hand arent quite the best. just fill the space in with some epoxi and clamp them down for 48 hours.
