-SnowSnoli-Marker Squire
Cheap, designed for light people park skiing. Kind of like a baby griffon or Jester (they use the same drill pattern to so if you put on weight you can always upgrade to griffons)
DevonnLook pivot/Rossignol FKS
PanduhButtahThese are good choices too
PanduhButtahRossi fks 140...din starts at 4 so you will have room to grow in them. Killer binding, best out there in my opinion

Caucasian_AsianThe FKS140 starts at had a range of 5-14, so it is not a good choice for him. Maybe in a year or two, but not right now.

TheWingmenNot a good choice, the DIN range is much to high for someone of his weight. I also assume with his binding at a 4 he isn't a particularly aggressive skier so I see no point in him spending over $300 on a binding like that.
b-kulPretty sure that it's a myth that you dshouldn't run your din at rite extreme. Anyways there's the fks 120 and pivot 12.
