Random Contest Idea….

Whilst browzing through the legendary/nostalgia ridden edits of the old. A thought dawned on me.

What if there was a contest to see who could recreate a past edit (i.e from a few seasons ago) with the same…everything? By everything I mean the editting would be the same as well as the song, tricks, style, location ect… The edits to be recreated would have to be iconic/unique. Such as one that a paritcular pro has been in.

It would challenge the man behind the camera to capture the same angles and such with all the ediitng along with it. As well as the skier to perform the same tricks with uncanny comparison.



So…. any thoughts?

Could be hard because of the way park features get switched up but awesome idea. I've wanted to recreate slumdog Illionaire at a hill where park skiers don't really exist but I can't cork 10 blunt... Or do 95% of the jumps in that edit...

Yeah that would be an issue. Maybe have the jumps themselves be as similar in size.

I don't think that'll be a problem where I'm going, park skiers are nonexistent but their park is phenomenal. But once again, I can't touch simon with single flip trick variations.

Haha I feel you man I'd be screwed in that catagory. There could be catagories like Best Parody, Best One-up, Best Recreation(Obviously) ect...
