lean forward and look at the end of it. rails are more mental than physical. so really concentrate i guess.

turn ur skis at an approximateley 87.5degree angle and lean forward
seriously tho for me it helped to really focus towards the end of the rai when i was learning, it helps keep your wait forward

Yeah dude you really don't lean forward if its flat, just jump on it and take the balance you would to just stand there and you will be suprised how easy it is, it just trips you out befor you do it the first time.
