Jerome.The.LlamaLate as to buy a pass, I bought my Buller season pass in october last year and after 7 days of skiing it pays itself off. Defs worth buying them as early as possible.
OGoriginal-gaperI know I am a bit late to buy the pass this season but i didn't have any money at the end of last season, but i agree with you that they usually pay for themselves in a few days if you get them at the end of the previous season.
Jerome.The.LlamaYeah, didn't mean to dig into you. Just something handy to know if you didn't already. where are you skiing this season?
skeazlaurenAnd I present to you, the entire Australian NS community.
Jerome.The.LlamaPretty nervous to be honest, got my holidays booked up at the snow and there's a chance there won't be any.
Jerome.The.LlamaWhat's this price difference between skiing in Australia and buying tickets to go ski in NZ? friend and I had an argument today about the topic. He said it was cheaper to fly and ski than to drive to a mountain in Australia and ski for the some amount of time.
Jerome.The.Llamajust heard on ABC news from a member of the bureau of meteorology that the weather at the months prior to the ski season will have no effect on the snow conditions. Not sure how reliable this source is though.
OGoriginal-gaperanyone see the forecast for next Saturday around 40cm predicted for thredbo
pow_pow~i have a feeling it will be worse than last year. so, horrific.
pow_pow~you shouldve played it safe and booked NZ. it is such a gamble these days
OGoriginal-gaperNZ is getting puked on and when NZ has a good season we usually have a pretty average season, not looking good in my opinion
