Replying to women

Women are wierd. There is this girl I know from back in school. I've known her every grade since elementary. So anyways she's ridiculously good looking and I had this thing for her in the later grades of high school. Anyways school ends, nothing happens, we part ways.
So here I am working in the ski shop, when who do I see but the same girl, shopping for a helmet for her brother (christmas present). So we have the usual chat: 'Hi! How have you been? What are you doing now? Where are you working? etc.' But for some reason as I talk to her I get more and more jittery. I start forgetting what I was about to say and getting really nervous. I had to put my hands in my pockets 'cuz they were shaking. It was ridiculous. I've never been this nervous around a girl before. Why? I've been with lots of other girls, I shouldn't be like a stupid eight grade school kid!
And so she walks off, picking up a helmet and getting a cool 25% discount, and there I was, sitting there, and I got nothing.
I'm now kicking myself in the head for being such a retard.

But there is a bright side. When I ran her through the till, I got her phone number ;)
