I would freak the fuck out, I fuckin hate clowns and was deathly terrified of them when I was younger.
I guess I don't know where this was filmed but if the makers of these videos thik about if one of the passerbys was carrying and shoots the fucker because they thought it was real?

Judging by the just the video it seemed like it was in Europe or something so I'm not positive but I believe their gun laws are more strict than those in the U.S.
There was a movie that got played alot when i was a kid cslled killer clowns from outer space. The clowns were actually these fucked up sliens and were scary as shit
All these "Pranks" were the person makes the victim believe they're life is in danger are fucking retarded... I would no doubt draw a personal carry on someone doing shit like this or the flamethrower prank on their channel. It would prob take only about 1 second for me to tell their not being serious but it might be way to late at that point
I know its in italy where people cant carry but that doesnt stop everyone.
The flame thrower video in specific would lead to no hesitation from me to shoot them. I see someone in full military camo wearing a gas mask and approaching me and my friends laughing like a maniac... yea...youre dead before youre close enough to burn us.

I can't find it right now but there's another video from another stupid fucking prank channel where they break into a buddies house and make it look like he was robbed, then waited in his attic for him, moving around a bit when he came home to freak him out. As soon as he got in he pulled out his gun, when he heard em in the attic he racked the slide and they all collectively shit their pants and immediately started yelling "dude dude its just us!!" What a bunch of fucking idiots.

If you just witnessed a clown or guy wearing a clown suit crush someone's skull with a huge wooden mallet and then run after you with the same mallet and you happened to have a firearm with you; the only way you aren't going to drop the guy is if you are paralyzed with fear or have somehow figured out that it was a hoax. I don't think the people in this video thought it was a hoax.
There are many cities in this country where, if you pulled this same prank, you would certainly end up in the Darwin Awards. Don't try and prove me wrong because I don't want to have to read about your untimely demise.

If theres a safe distance between you and the guy most people would draw their firearm and tell him to put the hammer down or theyll shoot. He starts charging at you before you draw/he doesnt notices your pulling it out hes going to be shot.
AND his loser friend has the whole thing on camera, perfect evidence if you need to justify that you thought your life was threatened

It's easy to think about what you would rationally do while your sitting in front of your PC watching a video, but I'm pretty sure you would act a little different if you were one of the people in this video, and you happened to be armed. Most people would assume that they were witnessing the start of a Clowneypocalypse and after soiling themselves, they would either run like hell or shoot the fucker, whichever instinct kicked in first. If you had a gun you would probably shoot and kill the guy and realize sometime later that you forgot to ask him to drop the big fucking bloody mallet. As you pointed out, his loser friend is filming the whole thing and once they see the video the jury is not going to give you are hard time for shooting first. In fact, they may congratulate you for strengthening the gene pool. But I've had a few glasses of Chianti so what do I know?
