Some of you guys already know my stuff, but just released a new track and thought some of you would enjoy it. Let me know what you all think.

Not sure if soundcloud will embed anymore but whatever...

Ok, so the beat and the song as a whole is pretty sick actually. When your bass cam in I was impressed.

That said, the synth piano but you have as the main tune from the very start is off. The timing of when you hit the keys, especially the double note is choppy and sounds amateur. If you iron that main line out and make it a little smoother, I would put you in my stream.

I know nothing about music, but here is my .02 it wasn't bad, but I feel you could have done more it was very plain. That could have been what you were going for.

Xylophone! Thats the instrument you're synthesizing. That was driving me nuts. I knew that I knew the instrument.

Its a sample. Didn't play the notes. I didn't change the rhythm of the original sample at all and left it somewhat off beat as an aesthetic choice. Thanks for the constructive criticism though!

really digging it! i can't really pick out what is missing but it feels like it's not polished completely, maybe that's just me listening to and making songs that are heavy on reverb...

Its actually a sample of a kalimba. The sounds are really similar though.

Really nice! I have Fl studio but never really learned to produce clean stuff like that. Liked the vibe of this one tho, really chill, and the kalimba was refreshing and unique. Keep it up.

Overall the song was solid, while maybe a little repetitive. Layering in a instrument similar to the instrument at the beginning of Stang by Koda around 2/3 of the way through would have been sick.

Good side chain, alright compression and a really chill melody even though there was only one lead instrument. The shaker audio sample was nice but could use some variation. But I'm really being OCD about the smallest things now. Really overall it was a chill track. Keep it coming.
